North West Skills Academy – shortlisted for High Growth Business Of The Year 2018
In January 2017, NWSA began an ambitious high growth strategy which would see it’s team grow by 7 additional staff and it’s contracts doubled in size.
By May 2017, it was clear that NWSA would exceed this. 3 of the 7 people were employed and contracts were secured that supported the plan increase it’s North West presence, specifically Liverpool and Lancashire.
One year later, NWSA has exceeded their plans for growth and has been shortlisted for the E3 North West Business Awards.
NWSA has more than doubled it’s team from 13 to 27 employees. The overall contract size has more than doubled and the company is expecting a 80% rise in turnover within the 2018/19 financial year.
Director, Samuel Riley
“We are very pleased that our vision and strategy has once again been realised. The most important aspect for me during growth, is quality. Although the increase in size is substantial, it has been very organic. Growing a business is not just about increasing numbers, it’s about strengthening processes and improving infrastructure so the company can sustain its growth long term”
The results will be announced at the E3 Business Awards Dinner, which will take place on Thursday 12th July 2018 at the Macron Stadium in Bolton.
Good luck to everyone involved
