How is the NVQ Assessed?

All of our Construction NVQ’s are assessed On Site – in the workplace. Once you complete your remote enrolment you will have job knowledge questions sent to you. You can complete these in your own time (although full support is available if needed) and they form up to 66% of your qualification.

After this, your dedicated construction assessor will contact you to arrange a site visit where they’ll collate evidence using photo’s, video’s, professional discussions, witness testimonies and more.

Why do you need to achieve an nVQ Level 2?

Completing an NVQ Level 2 is the only way to certify that you have the relevant skills and experience in construction to apply for your Blue Skilled Worker CSCS Card. Having a Blue CSCS Card allows you to work on any UK building site as a skilled worker. It’s proof of your competence in your trade, which will allow you to bid for better work, gain more recognition, and earn more money.
